Refund Policy

Backers are entitled to a full refund if:

  • The project is cancelled by the creator.
  • The creator fails to ship by the deadline.
  • The delivered project does not match the description significantly (as determined by dispute resolution).

Refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method.

Shipping Policy

Digital products must be delivered via the platform or a verified link. Physical goods (if applicable) must have tracking provided.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a project was falsely marked as complete, you can open a dispute within 48 hours of the "Shipped" status update. Our team will review the evidence.
